All Vyla Labs orders are fulfilled through our warehouse and logistics partners within the United States.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. During periods of elevated demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING

Domestic U.S. orders are typically delivered within:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to select international destinations including Canada, parts of Europe, the United Kingdom, Australia, and additional supported regions.

International delivery timelines generally range between 3–10 business days after fulfillment, depending on destination and customs processing.

ORDER CHANGES

Orders may only be modified or cancelled shortly after placement before fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters processing, we may no longer be able to make changes to shipping addresses, product selections, or cancellations.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.
